Eligibility for Refunds

At Curix, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The product is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Prescription medicines (as per government regulations).
  • Health and wellness supplements that have been opened.
  • Products purchased under special discounts or clearance sales.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Curix account and navigate to My Orders.
  • Select the order and click on "Request Refund."
  • Provide a reason for the refund and upload necessary proof (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request and update you within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within the following timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: 7-10 business days.
  • UPI & Wallet Payments: 5-7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are credited to your Curix wallet for future purchases.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, visit My Orders and select "Cancel Order." If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return/refund.
