To start using Curix, create an account by providing your email, phone number, and a secure password. You will need to verify your identity before placing an order.

1. Browse products and add them to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
3. Select a payment method and confirm your order.
4. Track your order in the ‘My Orders’ section.

Once your order is placed, you can track it in real-time through your account dashboard. You will also receive updates via email and SMS.

Curix accepts various payment methods, including:

• Net Banking
• UPI & Wallet Payments
• Cash on Delivery (COD) - available on select orders

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days. Express delivery options are available in select locations.

Shipping charges depend on your location and the total order value. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free delivery.

Currently, Curix only ships within India. We are working towards expanding our services internationally.
